Roaming Profile

I have a small network at home and I'm trying to use Roaming Profiles but the option to do so is grayed out on both the win xp pro machine and server 2003 computer I have. Anyone know why? : :

You need to enable the GP, make the profile share on the server, put in the path in the user account, then redirect profile settings to share, once created, test on another computer...also take a look at:

Does anyone know why a roaming profile wouldn't load your desktop background when you're logged in on another computer?

Probably because the background image is stored locally.
