Someone who goes into a functioning IT environment and who captures the processes of that particular team, function, etc. Then documents the captured processes and redesigns them to fit into other redesigned processes. The objective would be to capture the knowledge and then put it in the flow chart. Once that is accomplished redesign where appriopriate.Then provide process improvement and SLA assignments per team or function. Thanks in advance

paul78 Member Posts: 3,016 ■■■■■■■■■■The title that jumped out at me is Process Engineer. The title is an outshoot of the 90's fad for Business Process Reengineering. Thats a title that I still see used today.

ptilsen Member Posts: 2,835 ■■■■■■■■■■Yep, process engineer, analyst, designer, architect, etc. Stick the letters "IT" or "IS" in front of it, but it's ultimately the same thing.
