W7 machines all run 5 minutes fast when added to domain

We are slowly (and I mean S L O W L Y) rolling out W7 machines in the main office. Once they are added to the domain (Server 2003) they all run 5 minutes fast on the Windows time. You reset it locally, and by the end of the day it will be back to 5 minutes fast. The time on the domain is correct, the XP machines remain correct, but not the W7 machines. Any way to get them correct or change them to use internet time instead of from the domain?

Have you compared the output of
    w32tm /query /configuration
on a machine that is working to one that is not?

Machines joined to a domain can't sync time to the Internet. If time is off by more the 5 minutes the Kerberos ticket-granting ticket would expire and all hell would break loose.

Can the machines identify correctly the time server when you run 'net time' ?
