Looking to hire entry level desktop/end user support technician in MN

So we just got the go ahead to hire an entry level tech at our corporate office in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate is someone who has 0-2 years experience in the industry. Experience with Windows 7/XP/Mac OS, Office products, and mobile devices is ideal and any experience with Active Directory would be a bonus. In my opinion, the technical skills can be taught so I would say that the ideal person would be someone with a positive attitude and great personality. You must have a solid troubleshooting methodology and must be able to communicate the most mundane details at a 2nd grade level. We are a very non-PC team of 10 people (meaning political correctness, not personal computer) so you must not be offended easily. Oh, and be ready to learn a lot because the Director of IT and I move at a hellacious pace and you will be brought along for the ride.
