I listened to cbt nuggets in my car everyday commuting about an hour each way. I also read the ms press book. I actually learned a lot of useful stuff in the ms press book. Oh and technet. Total of about 6 weeks total, 2-5 hours per day.

I've been doing desktop and server admin stuff at a small company for 8 years or so. I'm finally looking to make the move somewhere else. A lot of the dns, ou, gpo stuff was kind of easy. I had to study FS and CS. I've never used them.

I might knockout sec+ next or itil foundations next to pad the resume before tackling 642
