I have a job interview for Windows Migration Engineer in a few days. I would appreciate any feedback you can give on prior Windows migration from XP to 7.

Slowhand Mod Posts: 5,161 ModThe simple answer is to start looking at the User State Migration Tool (USMT), particularly how to automate its use, learn to work with the Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK), and get intimately familiar with Windows Deployment Services (WDS). Of course, if your new employer uses other tools, such as System Center for example, that's a whole other ballgame, and you may want to find out what they prefer to work with in-house.
