what is the major difference between cisco service provider network engineer and service provider operations engineer???
i want to know what they exactly do
and does a ccie person must have a bachelor degree or master to get a great job or a good position?

From the sound of it, the Operations would be for those in the top tier NOC positions and similar/higher positions whereas a network engineer would be more for configuring and maintaining like a major backbone, etc.
