I just started studying for my A+ using the Michael Meyers AIO Exam Guide Fifth Edition. My question is should I memorize tiny bits of detalied information such as the different packages that CPUs come in? Thanks!
You should be able to distinguish them based on their basic characteristics, so tiny details you should not have to know, there's just too many of them for anyone to learn
Agree with above. You should know some of the newer processors specs, but as long as you're generally familiar with them, you should be ok. I used Mike Myers books as well, so you're on the right path.
