What is vpn tunnel limitation of Cisco 5505

I have two local network which are 10.1.0.0/16, 10.2.0.0/16 and I have two remote site.
Can I setup vpn tunnel separately between with two different local network and two remote site.

current setup is below.
10.1.0.0/16 ---> remote site1
10.1.0.0/16 ---> remote site2

required setup is below
10.1.0.0/16 ---> remote site1
10.2.0.0/16 ---> remote site2

Has ASA any limitation for required vpn setup? My colleague said that ASA need to license upgrade for required setup. Is it true or false? I want to know for certain.
