Datacenter Materials
I recently changed jobs and found that there might be an opportunity for me to take over a Datacenter engineer role. I wanted to know what materials do those of you who either work in Datacenters or are studying for the CCIE Datacenter use? Right now we have a few Nexus devices with plans to possibly build out an entire Cisco storage setup and I would like to align myself to be the best candidate for that role.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think “very senior” gets stuck in there because the last six yahoos that applied for the position couldn’t tell a packet from a Snickers bar.
Luck is where opportunity and proper planning meet
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

kalebksp Member Posts: 1,033 ■■■■■□□□□□In my search for access to lab hardware I came across http://cloudlab.cisco.com. It gives you on demand access to Nexus 7000 and 1000V labs. You have to get a Cisco employee to sponsor you, I got one of the local SEs to sponsor me. The 7K labs are actually the internal Titanium simulator, so somethings don't work (such as creating VDCs), but it's pretty damn slick.
