Always hated this model printer and today it reared it's ugly head! Boss was installing the printer and asked me to come over, all I could do was cringe. We've had issues previously where when you install the drive it gets hung up on "waiting for printer to be plugged in" when it is plugged in. I was under the impression that there wasn't a fix, but doing some quick research I found the solution. The issue is with the English driver, but the French driver works without issue. Figured I'd post this just in case someone runs into the same issue...

I have had the same problem. I'm fluent in installing the Finnish driver...does that make me fluent in Finnish?

I think it does make you fluent in Finnish! As we installed it, it looked like it worked, but when it finished the word looked like "Terminate" so we were like, did it work? Tested and it did!
