Hi guys, i'm a newbie and i dont know where to start with cisco...could you tell me which test is the easiest or the one to start out with???

As far as Cisco exams go, CCNA is definitely the easiest. I would highly recommend that you pass the CCNA before considering any other. In fact, Cisco requires the CCNA as a prerequisite for some of their more advanced certs.
If you plan on self studying for the exam, I would recommend Todd Lammle's CCNA study guide (Sybex) and the Cisco Press CCNA exam guide to start with. After reading both books cover to cover several times, get your hands on a good router simulator like RouterSim and a test simulator like Transcender or Boson (I used only Boson for all my Cisco exams).
