Becoming a Cisco Partner

Does anyone have any advice on becoming a Cisco partner? I got signed up as a regular partner but trying get further than that seems complicated. For select partner it says I need to take this small business engineer exam but there no books or training available on it. Any ideas? Thanks

Most of the partner specializations don't have much to go on. About the only thing there is, other than blog posts, etc, is Cisco's Partner Education Connection: Login Page
