I've been looking forward to posting my first cert pass and today I finally have one!icon_cheers.gif Not the greatest score but a pass! And I'll +1 what everyone said about Darril's book. I had NOOOOO IT background but his book made evry concept easy to understand and recall. All the areas I missed I'm reviewing today/tonight because I want to pursue more in security later.

I was rushed to take the test due to my job needing me to training out of town. However, it's ridiculous how Darril's explanation of concepts and even the stories/examples of the topics were so easy to remember. Even when Comptia had me convinced the questions weren't in English they were so vague smh.....

I can second that the author definitely has a good way to teaching. Explanations were the strongest suit. It separated it apart from other tech books i've read.
