Where to go from here???

Hi All,
I just wanted to get your opinion on the certifications I am trying to achieve. Currently I am going for the MCITP:SA, but in the back of my head I am thinking of going down another path (to try and earn more), the SA will be better for me in the short term, to get more knowledge about the systems I work on, but I am just now wondering if its the best way to go down.
Guess I am just wondering on others opinions on the different opportunities that you have found yourself considering and the differences in the different paths that you took? Just looking for the best thing to go forward for well the short and the long term (obviously just specializing in one thing isn't as good as being able to support multiple systems), its just getting to the level you want to and then getting the $$$ to match what you feel that you are worth.
