Digi CM32 console port problem.

Hi Guys,
At this point I feel really stupid. I have a Digi CM32 with 4 correctly pinned cables. I can get into the Digi via IP or the console port without any issues. But I can not get a console port on a 2611XM to work to save my life. I know the port works on Putty.
I have tried telnet to the Digi IP port 7001 and nothing. The port tries to talk but the router does not respond. Any ideas would be helpful.

After reloading firmware. still the same issue. The guy I bought it from had a second device. turned it on connected a test cable and it worked like a champ. The first Digi went in the trash.

Port settings on the device and console server match?2015 goals - ccna voice / vmware vcp. -

Hi Jean, yes the Igi setting matched the console ports. The new Digi worked grat out of the box. The first Digi had 4 ports that worked out of 32. I used the same straight thru cables and everything is up and running great.
