Anybody know a good call blocking device/program

Over the last year or so I've been getting 10+ calls a day from non-profit organizations and such. I've tried a few call blocking programs with a usb modem that I have lying around but haven't had much luck. I'm looking for an inexpensive solution that can block phone number prefixes in addition to individual phone numbers.
