Best free/online study material for VCP5? **** sheets, blog posts, etc

I work with pretty much every VMware product and have a lot of experience so I am not new to VMware or virtualization. My work is sending me to the official class, so I have decided to go ahead and gear up for the VCP5. I just ordered the new VCP5 study guide from Sybex. Now aside from the study guide does any know of any good study guides that have been posted online or other **** sheets I could use to study. I am looking for pretty much anything from **** sheets to blog posts that are good for VCP5 study.

I used mwpreston.net in the last few days leading up to my VCP5 test, I thought it did a good job of reinforcing the material. He's got some pretty decent practice questions that were close to the real thing. Another website called longwhiteclouds.com has some good material too.

The new study guide you are referring to, is that the one by Scott Lowe? If it isnt, I reckon you should grab his book instead.
