Opinion on career advancement

I was wondering if you guys think I am qualified to start applying for a System Administrator job yet? Because with my current jobs role I am not being challenge anymore and each day I find it boring to come to work. Also, it is very hard to move up within the company because it is a small company with only 3 IT peoples here including myself. At the moment, I only have 1 full year of IT work experience and have 2 certification (in process of studying) left to obtain the MCITP: SA 2008.
