Resume building questions

Hello,
I recently passed my 701/702 and now I am looking to build my resume. I am not sure where to really even start
I have zero paid IT experience. I have my bachelors degree in computer animation. I have done few freelance gigs with that but landing a brick and mortar position has been pretty much impossible for me. One of the reasons for that is I am unable to relocate because my wife is military. So, because of that I decided I needed to make a career change and IT was something I originally was going to go to college for. Practically my entire working life has been in restaurants. I have very little experience writing resumes and have no idea where to even begin. My end goal is to land a job here on the base where I live. I am also studying right now for my N+ exam.

You can start by googling entry level resumes for whatever field you are looking to get into then once you found one you like build from it.
