Like many others on this forum my study guide was Darril Gibson's book. I also used his android app, this was perfect for use while commuting.
And if you need a break from studying, try reading Worm: The First Digital World War by Mark Bowden. I read this long before before I had any intention of taking this exam, but many of the test topics are woven into the book. Plus it is interesting.
