What IOS and CME in CBT Nuggets Videos.

Does anyone know the exact IOS that Jeremy uses in his video series for his 2801. I thought it looked as C2801-adventerprisek9-mz.124-19.bin from the Cisco press book and CME 4.3.0.0. Can anyone confirm. Im trying to duplicate his exact setup. Also, why does he use 2 routers when the 2801 CME can provide DHCP for both Voice and Data? I would assume since CCNAV is for small business, you would just reccommend just a 2801 Router with FXO/FXS Vics.
