I remember when i was looking for a job, there were companies that were claiming to train people to the CCIE. I dont remember much about them, and i'm sure they were scams, probably making you pay a certain amount for the training, which I can only guess how good the training was. But anyway, I was still trying to remember the details, can anyone help?

I believe the LANWAN Professional scammers are still out there.

You know what, yes, LANWAN was one of the companies i remember! Its unfortunate, but I think its a good thing to bring back up every once in a while that these scams are still out there.
