Help in regards to best training material for company

Hi,

My company wants to invest in training materials for us to study for the MCITP I would like to ask for some suggestions off the top of my head I can think of.

CBT Nuggets, Train Signal, MCITP Books is there any other good ones which a company can buy to aid with training.

I would need help pricing it out as well what packages are the best?
