Pen-Testing in the UK??

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if you guys know which quals are reconised in the pen-testing area in the uk??

I Have posted question like this on EH.net but nobody seemed to know. The only advise I got which was learn Everything in depth! ie, Windows, NIX, Python and networking.

Which I have been doing. I am loving it.

I know the CEH is sort of looked down upon as a tool monkey cert, but this would give me a good grounding before i look at doing something like the OSCP. The OSCP has a lot of cudo in the US but does anyone know if am barking up the wrong tree with this for the UK?
