Xlite with CME

I am trying to register x-lite(softfone) , but my router which is a 2620XM running c2600-IPVOICE 12.4(25d) does not have the command "voice register global" under "voice register" the only command i have is "voice register pool". Does any one know a way to register sip phone without using the above command.
