switch 3750 ios problem

i have a problem with my switch cisco 3750 ,

switch: boot ,
loading .....:no such device ,

interrupt within 5 seconds to abort boot process.
Boot process failed

i tried to copy a new ios to the flash ,

Have you tried a new Compact Flash card? The flash may be bad from too many writes.

thanks ,, I will replace the compact flash with anther one which i removed form anther switch

You did do "flash_init" when you got to the switch: prompt? Yes?
