Is it just me, or are they becoming more restrictive as to whose profiles you can see without paying up?

I haven't really noticed. Although I do not do advanced searches. I mainly just use it to catch up with a few people I use to work with. -

LinkedIn has been going through a major overhaul. It seems like it changes every week with a new feature or lack there of.
I noticed using the mobile app has given me different features not necassarily the ones you seek.
