Passed 003 exam
I just passed the new exam with a 683.
I studied for about 3 weeks using the revised Sybex Network+ and Mike Meyers Network+.
Between practice exams from here, and the two books the test was a breeze.
EDIT: Looks like either Security+ or 70-270 next.

Security+ would be a good cert to get at least you can work toward MCSA/MCSE and use Security+ as your elective or A+ and Network+.
If you use Security+ you can get MCSA/MCSEspecialise in Security .

I'm definitely going to focus on the 270 exam as I've used Windows XP for about 3 years or so, and about a year and a half in a network environment. I'm pretty familiar with it so I'm not too worried about the exam.
I'll definitely consider the focus in security. As a plus, I find network security a very interesting subject and enjoy reading about it. Thanks for the suggestion Emo.
