MCSE 2000 or MCSE 2003

I am preparing for MCSE but confused. Should I go for 2000 or 2003. Can you please guide me...

That depends on how fast you want to become mcse, 2003 will be around for awhile, 2000 certs not sure when m$ will start to retire exams. 2000 is more predominant now than 2003 but if I were you I would be doing 2003 mcse since huge migrations will be underway pretty soon. Just remember m$ deploys new OS's about every 3 yrs...

I have already prepared for 70-210. That will be used for MCSE 2003 also.

We have Win 2K network in my office. i have exp. on 2000. How Win 2000 is different than 2003?
