Transcoding issue?

I just about have my cme pbx setup. I can call to my AA from the outside. The phone pauses then hangs up once I press the extension or for example 2 for sales. I assume its a transcoding issue. I have voice class codec 1 on all the dial peers except for CUE dial peer.
