which operating system native support domain ?
my answer is Linux, but I saw someone answered win 2000 ? which one should be the right answer ?

Your question is not very clear. You can create a domain with linux or windows.

I think any microsoft product that says "server" or any linux product that says "enterprise" support domain natively.
IE. You can use windows 2003 Server as a desktop PC but.. WTF? Simply why? It's built to be a server. Domain = Server/client archetect.
Windows XP I'd say is natively ment to be a client.
