MTA exam 98-366 not showing on my MCP Site/Transcript

Hi
I have been doing Microsoft 98-366 Networking fundamentals in preparation for going on a 70-642 Network infrastructure course in the next couple of weeks which will finish off my MCITP:EA if i pass. I thought i might as well sit the exam and i passed with 97%. When sitting the exam i had to sign up to certiport and there was no mention of asking me for my MCP mcirosoft ID to link this exam with my MCP account
After passing the exam i got a email from mswwprog@microsoft.com saying to register with the MCP site which i have not done as i dont want to mess up my original MCP account which all my exams are linked to
Can some Help ? has any one done these MTA exams along with MCTS/MCITP
