Bad 70-290 test experience

Failed the exam today with 568!
On the first 3 or 4 simulation questions the computer hung. I had to ask the test administrator for help. The first 3 times test administrator logged me out and then back in again. Each time I received database errors but was able to continue the test from where I left off. The test administrator eventually sorted the problem by rebooting the machine.
Just wondered if anybody else has experienced something similar? Does this affect the overall score? + Do the simulated questions carry a higher weighting?

Make a complaint to m$, where did you took your test at?
I took all my tests at prometric centers and didnt had any bad experiences...What next? -

Test was taken at NEW HORIZONS COMPUTER TRAINING Edinburgh. Already made a complaint to both Microsoft and Prometric.
