I attempted to order 30 day access for a set of exams last night, but there was a glitch in the transaction that left me with a $69.00 hold on my card and no exams. I submitted a trouble ticket, and got an auto-response that they would contact me during their normal business hours. Long story short, they called me this morning shortly after 9 AM. We manually completed the transaction, and they gave me a 10% discount to boot for my trouble (without any request to do so from me).

Great customer service here - I will definitely be using these guys and the rest of the Kaplan family again.
