NM-HDA (High Density Analog) only supports FXS and FXO with the extension modules. NM-2V is a module that supports the same FXO, FXS, and BRI. Function wise, there is no difference, but the NM-HDA has the better DSPs and support more channels.

what about VWIC-1MFT-T1 & VWIC-2MFT-T1 , Do I need them or not ?

Those are good to have and you could use those in any wic slot but you won't be able to use them in the NM-2V. I think you could in the NM-HD modules though.
