Cue express not detecting audio in from outside when leaving a voicemail
Would anyone know what factors can cause the voicemail not to recognize any audio in such as a spoken voice to record a message. From outside -> inside calls. It works fine when calling another extension from a internal phone. But when called from the outside I get to the voicemail prompt I try to leave a message and press # for advanced settings and it says to leave a msg atleast 2 seconds (meaning it didn't recognize the voice message left). If i do that while placing the call internally to another internal extension I get the prompt for urgent message, etc.
