C|EH passed.....
Passed the C|EH exam on Monday with 94%.
It gave me a good understanding of methodology and basic knowledge of tools, which is all I was looking for from the exam.
The level of knowledge expected for the exam I would say is beginner to mid-level, but as I do with most learning I probably went beyond what was required for the exam. Definitely have a good understanding of networking, systems and security mechanism.
I enjoyed studying for the exam and may move on to the OSCP depending on where my career takes me (I will try and squeeze in the learning even if I don't take the exam). My company are looking to bring Pen Testing skills in house and hopefully will be funding training to expand my skills and in the mean time I have been given permission to perform a test of my employers infrastructure to gain some more hands-on experience.
