Win2k3 ISO USB Boot on a Netbook...

Anybody have any ideas on how to do this? Win2k3 seems to be legacy for a lot of the newer image burning tools. I found several tools that would take the ISO, but my netbook wouldn't recognize it as a bootable. (Yes I have the proper boot order) Thinking about just giving up the USB and trying to track down an external optical drive.

Thanks in advance!

I have used the USB stick method for installing Windows 8 and Linux distros. Oh Windows 2003? Dang yeah not sure. Windows 7 gave me CD rom driver issues on my Dell. It would error out and say it was missing a CD rom driver when trying to install from USB. Tried a ton of things and gave up.

I only used a USB stick to install Windows 7. Try to create a bootable DOS USB, then you should be able to install W2k3.

Thanks I will give that a shot.

And its Win Server 2k3 btw. If this doesn't work might just run it in a VM.
