New A+ exams
How similar are the new exams, 220-801 and 220-802, to the 220-701 and 702? If I study for the 220-701 and -702, is it possible to pass the new ones without any extra studying, or is there a bunch of new material?

In general, you're best served by using material written for the exam you plan on taking. If you have material for 701/702 than I'd suggest taking those exams. You can take them until Aug 31, 2013.
If you don't think you'll be ready to take the exams by then or you want to take the 801/802 exams, I'd suggest you buy material for the 801/802 exams.
Hope this helps. -
