Went for a pair of used APC7920. Quite impressed, (though the serial cable took a little research to make). They email me when there is a change to the norm or any power issues. Also tell me what the the load is. It turns out a full INE rack inceluding BB/frame and term server (15 sockets) runs at about 2.5 amps on a 240v supply.. They have HTTPS and ssh options for access, so quite secure.
