My company wants me to set up Access Codes for long distance calls, everything im finding requires manual configuration through our UC500, anyone had to work with this before im assuming with the amount of knowledge on these forums someone has. If someone is willing to help up could you please IM me?

shodown Member Posts: 2,271they are a pain to setup on UC500 systems, most of the time I have the providers set them up. With that being said when you do the FAC codes you take away a lot of the mobility features of the system, so that should be throughly understood. I can't tell you how many systems i've setup with codes to only have them pulled out later.
Here how to do it if interested.
