Question about ICND1 coverage of Link state protocol.

I was going thru Boson ICND1 practice test that came with my ICND1 book.

there is a question about characteristic of Link state protocol.

And answers are

They build topology table and converge quickly.
I know that link state protocol converges quickly from ICND1 chapter 14 of odom`s book. But there is no mention about the topology table. Also when i said show the explanation, it says from the ICND2 book chapter 8: Routing protocol theory.

So should i worry about my half wrong answer here, or should i go ICND2 and study that chapter?
