Cisco Associate Systems Engineer - Sales (UK)
Hi all,
I was just wondering whether anyone who has gone through the interview process for a ASE position at Cisco would be willing to share their experiences. I'm particularly interested in hearing about the initial phone interview (which sounds like it's just there in order to learn a little bit more about the applicant). I'm a bit worried about my lack of good interpersonal skills, which I imagine will be assessed through the phone interview. I'm confident that I can develop good interpersonal skills with time and experience; but I wonder if they will take that into consideration, or will expect me to already have the required skills. I was actually nervous speaking to the person who -unexpectedly- called to arrange the phone interview, which isn't a great start. I'll be quite disappointed if I mess this opportunity up.
