Mike Meyers' Passport Server+ CD compatibility

Hey all, anyone else have trouble with the included CD with the Mike Meyers' Passport Server+? I tried windows compatibility and tried several settings with no success. The app launches but you cant even read the questions, everything blacked out. Check out this screen shot.

Have you tried to update your graphic card drivers? Running as administrator, running in XP Service Pack 3 compatibility mode?
