I have some questions in regards to OSPF topology database.
Does each router in an OSPF area have unique topology database? I believe they all have the same?
Dijkstra SPF algorithm is used to create topology database?
A topology database is a routing database for which no path decisions have been made?
TIA

A topology database is a database of link-state advertisements (LSAs). In a stable network with no topology change, the topology databases of all routers in the same area should be identical.
Dijkstra Shortest Path First (SPF) algorithm is used to calculate the shortest paths to be placed in the routing table, based on the LSAs in the topology database.
