Reverse Telnet Applet/ActiveX/Whatever

I'm looking for a certain something I can install on my windows webserver I could load in a webpage. This page I setup would allow me to open a telnet connection that is made from the webserver to a device on my internal network. Pretty much a homemade web based term server. I'm mainly looking to tinker arround and I'm trying to locate something that can provide this for me but haven't found much. Thanks in advance.
