Access 2010 form won't save

I've been working on a database in Access for the past few weeks. Today I went into make some changes. As I went to save the form I was working on, it continues to ask me if I'd like to save. Every time I click Yes, it never seems to save. The only way I can get out of the database is to click No, which obviously disregards my previous changes. I have full permission to the file, but I just can't seem to save.

Any suggestions?
