Hi!

Does anyone know of this exam can be written online after self-study? Is there a ITIL publication that covers this topic?

Any guidance or advice in this regard will be most appreciated

Is this the qualification you mean? APMG-International - Service Catalogue Certification

There aren't any online courses that I'm aware of and you need to take a course in order to write the exam - APMG can provide details of training organisations in your area.

The course is based on information from the Service Design ITIL core volume. There isn't a specific book associated with it (your course materials will be the best reference) but if you want to read around the material there are quite a few relevant books on Amazon.
