Just got a publishing offer from these guys to produce an E-Learning video course for Backtrack 5 icon_cheers.gif

Their "author relationship executive" stumbled upon my youtube backtrack tutorials and made me an offer.
$1000 advance on signing plus royalties for every sale made.

I'm pretty stoked. Should be a fun side project.

    Thanks everybody. I'll keep you posted as to how it works out. What games are you competing in lsud00d? I've been wanting to do some cyber competitions for a while, but have always had trouble getting people to commit to a team.

    Hutch--it's academically tied but involves sites around LA. It's more of an extracurricular event than a team-based competition, but each site coordinates a red and blue team for the weekend event.

    My site won last year...the funnest thing was shell connection via MS08-067, pivoting to the DC, elevating perms, deleting default admin accounts, and watching them scramble trying to kill our RDP sessions icon_cool.gif
